Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team in our Damascus office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually stunning designs across a variety of media, including print, digital, and multimedia.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative design concepts
- Create a wide range of visual assets such as logos, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and more
- Ensure design projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software
- Contribute ideas and solutions to help enhance our brand identity and visual communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
- Excellent eye for detail, typography, color, and composition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and come up with out-of-the-box solutions
- Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software
